Expert knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Demonstrable experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, especially with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Solid knowledge of AI governance, security, licensing, regulatory compliance, and Microsoft environment management.

Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform, including:

Power Apps

Power Automate

Dataverse

Prompt Engineering and conversational AI design.

Experience in support, training, and user guidance for the creation and adoption of agents.

Experience gathering business requirements and transforming them into AI solutions.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

Will be valued

Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise.

Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.

Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 extensibility.
