The role
At LALIGA, we continue to drive innovation and digital transformation as a key part of our evolution. From the Technology and Innovation Department, we are looking to hire an AI Business Partner to help us accelerate the real adoption of Artificial Intelligence within the organization, especially within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
The person joining will be key in accompanying the different LALIGA departments in the identification, prioritization, and implementation of AI use cases that generate real business impact.
What will your mission be?
Your main mission will be to act as a link between business and technology, accompanying departments in the adoption of AI solutions, translating their processes and needs into concrete, viable, and measurable use cases.
Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring that the use of tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform is integrated practically into the daily work of the teams, facilitating the autonomy of the areas and maximizing the return on the technological capabilities already deployed.
What you'll do
How will you make an impact?
- You will directly accompany departments through periodic working sessions with each director, identifying opportunities for AI application in their processes and translating them into concrete use cases.
- You will prioritize use cases based on their economic return, feasibility, and effort, providing reasoned rejection of those that do not add value and documenting each initiative with a baseline, expected impact, and business owner.
- You will drive the production deployment of prioritized use cases, building agents and flows in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, and deploying them in the real environment of each area.
- You will diagnose and resolve usage barriers related to Copilot, including access and permissions, licensing scope, sensitivity labels, content indexing, connectors, or incorrect/incomplete agent results.
- You will escalate to the Service Desk, IT departments, or Microsoft any incidents that fall outside your scope, providing a prior diagnosis and following up until resolution.
- You will train and enable an internal AI reference person in each accompanied department, generating materials, guides, and replicable cases adapted to the maturity level of each area.
- You will configure Copilot's access to corporate information sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Entra ID, in accordance with internal security and data protection policies.
- You will keep functional documentation and adoption communication channels up to date, including guides, announcements, newsletters, and a knowledge base of blockers and solutions.
- You will perform permanent monitoring of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork, and Power Platform, evaluating new capabilities applicable to LALIGA and maintaining current certifications.
- You will measure the real use of licenses and quantify the impact obtained, including hours freed, cost avoided, or incremental revenue, providing data to the IT department's monthly reporting and the monitoring of the AI Plan.
- You will maintain regular technical dialogue with the Microsoft team assigned to the account.
