Project Management Office (PMO)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the PMO management field.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Proficiency in project management tools, with special emphasis on JIRA and Power BI for monitoring and data visualization.
• Experience in cost monitoring, planning, risk management, and impacts.
• Experience in high-availability and critical environments, with a strong focus on SLA compliance.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize in presentations and reports.
• Ability to work efficiently and proactively under pressure.
• Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork, with leadership and people management skills.

• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Experience in IT / CLOUD infrastructure administration.

We are looking to incorporate a professional into our Project Management Office (PMO) team to provide comprehensive support to our projects. You will be a key piece in optimizing management processes, ensuring compliance with established objectives, deadlines, and budgets. Your role will be fundamental to guaranteeing the efficiency and success of our projects, interacting with different teams and stakeholders.

• Provide support in project management and monitoring, ensuring compliance with established plans.
• Ensure cost monitoring, detailed planning, risk identification and management, as well as the evaluation of potential impacts.
• Prepare and present progress reports, results, and key metrics to the client and management, highlighting the ability to synthesize and clarity in communication.
• Manage and keep relevant project documentation up to date.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different project teams.
• Support the adoption and continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
• Actively participate in the definition and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in high-availability and critical environments.
• Collaborate in the administration and monitoring of IT and CLOUD infrastructures, when required.
