Industrial Pharma Project Manager

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in an industrial plant.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of secondary line equipment and machinery (packaging, boxing, labeling, etc.).
• Experience working directly in a production plant.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and suppliers.
• Experience in project management in regulated environments (GMP).
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical packaging machinery.
• Experience in equipment or process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Experience coordinating the technical office and production.

• B2 level of English

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background in a pharmaceutical industrial environment to work directly on-site, managing projects associated with equipment and secondary production lines, to expand one of our teams.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the execution of projects on-site, ensuring the correct integration of machinery, coordination with suppliers, and alignment with quality standards and pharmaceutical sector regulations.

A profile is required with management capacity and real technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, accustomed to interacting with production, maintenance, engineering, and suppliers.

As a Project Manager , your main responsibilities will include:

• Management and coordination of technical projects within the pharmaceutical plant.
• Monitoring the installation, modification, or improvement of secondary equipment and machinery.
• Coordination with production, maintenance, quality, and suppliers.
• Technical supervision of suppliers and contractors during the execution of works on-site.
• Planning and monitoring of project deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
• Identification and resolution of technical incidents during execution.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and pharmaceutical sector standards.
• Coordination with engineering and the technical office when necessary.
• Reporting project progress to management or engineering managers.

Stable project duration, 12 months with the possibility of continuation.
