What we're looking for
• More than 10 years of experience in technology, with at least 3 years designing and bringing AI and machine learning solutions into production in enterprise environments.
• Solid technical architecture foundation: design of distributed systems, APIs and integrations, data architectures, and cloud deployment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI: LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and inference cost control.
• Hands-on experience with non-generative AI: predictive models, forecasting, optimization, and segmentation.
• Ability to build: must be able to prototype by themselves (Python or another relevant language) and critically review the code and designs of the teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into quantified technical solutions and to defend them before senior management.
• Experience in managing technology providers and in the critical evaluation of their proposals.
Nice to have
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery) and the Gemini Enterprise ecosystem.
• Experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, or other providers, as well as with agentic frameworks and protocols such as MCP.
• Experience in AI solutions for customer service centers.
• Knowledge of the European AI regulatory framework (AI Act) and data protection.
• Cloud architecture or AI certifications.
