The role

At Tecdata Engineering we are looking for an IBM webMethods Integrations Lead to join a project in the insurance sector, participating in the definition, coordination, and evolution of the integration architecture.

We are looking for a profile with solid technical experience in enterprise service bus (ESB) environments, technical leadership capacity, and experience coordinating teams and vendors.

What you'll do

Define, design, and evolve the integration architecture based on IBM webMethods.
Supervise and optimize integration solutions using webMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, and MFT.
Coordinate technical activities, work teams, and vendors involved in the projects.
Guarantee the quality, stability, performance, and security of the integrations.
Participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of integration projects.
Identify opportunities for improvement in integration processes and architectures.
Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
