What we're looking for

  • Experience in technical support for VIP users and executive management.

  • Advanced experience in Mac OS user management and support.

  • Advanced experience in smartphone support.

  • Advanced experience with iPadOS, Android, and Windows devices.

  • Experience in tablet support and configuration.

  • High level of English, both spoken and written.

  • Excellent user orientation, communication, and incident resolution skills.

What you'll do

We are looking for two VIP Support professionals to provide personalized technological assistance to high-level management users (directors, presidents, and executive secretaries).

You will be responsible for ensuring agile, professional, and high-level service, resolving incidents and offering specialized support for Apple devices, smartphones, tablets, and operating systems.
