From our recruitment team, we are looking to hire an IT Purchasing and Software Licensing Technician to manage CTTI's software and licensing operations.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person with experience in IT purchasing, order management, and relationships with technology providers.

What you'll do

🔎 What will your responsibilities be?

  • Management and monitoring of software and licensing requests.

  • Preparation, management, and monitoring of commercial offers and orders until activation and invoicing.

  • Requesting, receiving, and comparing proposals from manufacturers, wholesalers, and technology providers.

  • Validation of products, licenses, prices, commercial conditions, and validity periods.

  • Management of software renewals, subscriptions, and licenses.

  • Searching for products and technological alternatives.

  • Resolution and monitoring of incidents with providers.

  • Coordination with internal teams and liaison with CTTI, manufacturers, and providers.

  • Economic monitoring and control of operation traceability.
