The role

🚀 We are looking for a Senior Java / Spring Boot Support Engineer!

Do you have experience in third-level support, production incident analysis, and developing small bug fixes? This opportunity might interest you!

What you'll do

Analysis and resolution of production incidents.
Review of logs, traces, and technical evidence.
Reproduction of cases in non-production environments.
Development of small bug fixes and automation.
Monitoring and reporting of incidents to the client.
Investigation and resolution of problems in a new service, progressively acquiring functional knowledge.

How you'll work
