What we're looking for

Technical requirements

Cloud & Data Environment (GCP):

Demonstrable experience working with Google BigQuery (schema design, partitioning, clustering, and cost/SQL optimization).
Practical mastery of dbt (modeling, testing, data lineage documentation).
Experience in orchestration and integration using Google Cloud Data Fusion or visual/flow-based ETL/ELT tools.
Advanced handling of Looker Studio for the construction of executive and interactive reports.

Legacy Systems

Experience in the development and maintenance of applications with Java 8, JSPs, and EJB component architecture.
Solid experience in Oracle databases (relational modeling, query tuning, PL/SQL).
Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and integration of its data model with external systems.

Continuous integration
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Handling of containers (Docker) and infrastructure as code concepts (Terraform).

Nice to have

Desirable: the ability to define data integration flows with Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, or native connectors).

The role

What you'll do

Lead the software and data development teams, defining code standards and performing code reviews.
Design efficient and scalable integration strategies between legacy systems and the cloud.
Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Google Cloud Data Fusion and dbt (data build tool).
Structure and manage the Data Warehouse in Google BigQuery, guaranteeing high query performance, data governance, and cost optimization.
Design and maintain dashboards, semantic models, and analytical reports in Looker Studio for business decision-making.
Manage the optimization and evolution of backend applications developed in Java 8, JSPs, and EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans).
Administer the relational data layer in Oracle (complex queries, optimization, stored procedures/PL-SQL).
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and corporate architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high standards of performance, availability, security, and resilience across all environments.
