What we're looking for

Solid experience in VIP support for senior management profiles, such as executives, the presidency, or the executive secretariat.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in support and administration of Mac OS equipment.
Advanced knowledge of mobile devices and tablets: iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Windows.
Experience in support for Microsoft Windows users.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and other mobile device management (MDM) tools.
Experience with email tools, such as Outlook, Exchange, OWA, or Gmail.
Good communication skills, customer orientation, discretion, and the ability to resolve incidents quickly.

VIP Support Technician - Senior Management (2 vacancies)

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking for two VIP Support Technicians to provide technological support to senior management profiles, in a corporate environment that requires a high level of user attention, incident resolution capability, and excellent communication skills.

The selected person will offer personalized technical assistance to executives, the presidency, and the executive secretariat, guaranteeing agile, professional, and problem-solving-oriented service.

What you'll do

Provide on-site technical support to VIP users and members of senior management.
Manage and resolve incidents related to Mac, Windows, smartphones, and tablets.
Configure, maintain, and support mobile devices with iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Windows.
Manage users and devices through MDM tools, such as Microsoft Intune and AirWatch.
Resolve incidents related to Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, OWA, Gmail, and other email services.
Offer support for office and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar solutions.
Perform configuration, installation, and maintenance tasks for devices and applications.
Guarantee personalized, discreet, and high-quality service, adapted to the needs of high-level users.
Participate in the established on-call system to ensure service continuity.

On-site project in Madrid, at Calle Ribera del Loira, 52.
Reference salary: €22,000 gross per year.
Participation in on-call shifts, approximately between 1 and 2 per week, remunerated separately at €250 according to the established conditions.
The laptop will be provided by Tecdata Engineering and its platform will subsequently be managed by the client.
Urgent start to cover two positions.
