The role

We are looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead with solid technical experience in backend and frontend development, capable of technically leading development initiatives, participating in functional/technical analysis, and acting as a reference within the team for enterprise projects based on modern architectures and microservices.

The selected person will participate actively in both development and technical decision-making, architecture definition, code review, and technical coordination within an Agile environment.

Technical leadership of the Fullstack development team

Design and evolution of microservices-based architectures
Backend development with Node.js and TypeScript
Frontend development with Vue, Angular, or React
Design and implementation of BFF (Backend for Frontend) services
Integration with REST APIs and external services
Code review and definition of best practices
Implementation of quality standards, testing, and clean code
Unit testing development with Jest
Participation in architecture and refactoring decisions
Resolution of complex incidents and technical support
Management of branches, Pull Requests, and collaborative Git workflows
Technical coordination with other teams and stakeholders
Active participation in Agile / Scrum environments

How you'll work

📍 Location: Barcelona
💻 Modality: Remote with occasional office attendance if the project requires it
🕘 Schedule: 9am - 7pm (1h lunch)
💰 Indicative rate: 35k
