What we're looking for

Between 3 and 5 or more years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, or Digital Product Design.
Strong visual and graphic design skills, with special attention to typography, composition, visual hierarchy, spacing, and detail.
Experience creating high-quality, polished, and visually attractive digital interfaces.
A sensibility for clean, minimalist, and functional design.
Experience working with Design Systems, interaction design, and prototyping.
Solid knowledge of UX principles and a product-oriented design approach.
Portfolio with concrete examples of previous projects, showing responsibilities, design decisions, and impact.
Regular use of tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Codex, Claude, or similar, applied to ideation, prototyping, research, or design flows.
Daily fluency working with AI agents for programming, including defining specifications, reviewing, testing, and quality control.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
A mindset of autonomy, initiative, and end-to-end ownership (end-to-end ownership).
Curiosity and interest in learning about the networking field, including wired and wireless protocols, and their application to solving customer connectivity problems.

Are you passionate about digital interface design and creating engaging, intuitive, and functional product experiences? Do you have a strong visual sensibility and an interest in applying artificial intelligence to drive new experiences and optimize design processes?

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking for a UI Designer / Product Designer to join a design team, working closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders, participating in the entire process: from conceptualization to final delivery.

What you'll do

Lead the UI design of different key areas of the product.
Transform product concepts, requirements, and user flows into engaging, intuitive, and high-quality visual interfaces.
Design and refine interfaces, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
Collaborate on the evolution of visual identity, design systems, and UI standards alongside the design team.
Participate in the initial phases of conceptualization and definition of new experiences when necessary.
Explore and implement practical ways to use artificial intelligence both in the design process and in product functionalities.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure correct implementation of the designed solutions.
Take responsibility for design initiatives from start to finish.
