What you'll get

- 6-month scholarship, renewable. Possibility of subsequent hiring.
- Flexible schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Possibility of up to 2 remote workdays per week starting from the third month.
- Study allowance between €900 and €1,200 per month, depending on the scholarship holder's degree level (student, bachelor's, or master's).

The role

Training pathway through the main disciplines of Project Control (Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management, Progress and Reporting). In this way, they will be able to acquire from the start a comprehensive view of the function and understand how the different disciplines interact in the management of a project."

What you'll do

Collaborate in the preparation and updating of project schedules and plans.
Provide support in the monitoring of milestones, deliverables, and project progress.
Participate in the analysis of schedule, cost, and resource deviations, identifying potential risks and proposing improvement actions.
Support the preparation of progress reports for project teams and management.
Contribute to the control and consolidation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
Collaborate in the management and maintenance of Project Control tools and systems.
Participate in coordination meetings with different functional areas to understand project interdependencies.
Support the processes for managing project changes, risks, and opportunities.
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Develop a global understanding of the project life cycle, acquiring progressive experience in planning, control, reporting, and coordination.

Requirements

Teamwork, personal organizational skills, interest in project management, and a general overview of projects. Communication skills.

Engineering training with Business Administration or similar. Examples:
