The role

What you'll do

Supervise and manage the comprehensive economic control of assigned projects, ensuring the reliability of financial information.
Analyze budgets, planning, contracts, and cost structures to provide continuous project monitoring.
Prepare, update, and control economic forecasts, cash flows, and monthly closings.
Participate in the preparation, review, and validation of project certifications and invoicing.
Control direct costs, indirect costs, subcontractors, and variances, proposing corrective measures.
Compare planned, awarded, and actual costs, identifying risks and opportunities.
Ensure proper cost allocation and monitoring of key economic project milestones.
Collaborate closely with engineers and contractors, as well as with site teams, to optimize project profitability.
Provide support in procurement management, bid analysis, and contract control with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare economic-financial reporting for management, ensuring data traceability and quality.
Drive improvements in cost control systems and tools.
Participate in project follow-up meetings, providing analytical insight for decision-making

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
Experience in cost control, project controlling, or similar roles within the construction or engineering sector.
Profiles with strong potential and a solid technical foundation will be valued.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
Communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
Proactive, autonomous profile with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
English level is a plus.
