The main function of the position will be:

• Responsible for the implementation and management of the Constructability Program in projects (EPC, EPCm, FEED, etc.) ensuring the integration of constructability criteria in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
• Leads multidisciplinary coordination to identify construction constraints and define optimal execution strategies, including construction sequences, logistics, and heavy lifting activities.
• Manages and supervises the constructability team, including the designation and coordination of the Constructability Coordinator.
• Organizes and directs constructability workshops, and manages the main system tools, such as Checklists, Logs, and lessons learned.
• Reviews technical documentation and vendor deliverables from a construction standpoint, guaranteeing their alignment with project requirements.
• Contributes to the optimization of cost, schedule, and productivity through the application of value engineering and the early identification of risks.
• Prepares and reports the constructability status to Project Management and ensures the correct implementation of agreed actions throughout the project life cycle.

• Navisworks, AutoCAD, SmartPlant (or equivalent).
• Document management: Documentum, corporate platforms. - Planning and control: Advanced Excel (tracking, analysis). - Construction management: constructability tools (checklists, logs, lessons learned).
• Collaboration: MS Office, Teams, and corporate reporting.
