That challenges appeal to you in order to carry out personalized and differentiated commercial management and attention for the clients assigned to your portfolio in accordance with Telefónica's guidelines and commercial policy. To meet the commercial objectives set for said portfolio (based on revenue, new sales, satisfaction with commercial attention, etc.). To achieve client loyalty by replicating good commercial practices and in coordination with the rest of the areas that influence client satisfaction, to contribute in this way to Telefónica's results.

Some of your responsibilities will be

1. You will manage the client portfolio to achieve commercial objectives, including the analysis of the client's situation (contracted services, agreed prices and discounts), identification of needs and business opportunities, as well as the design of the commercial strategy.
2. You will improve client knowledge through the development of the power map, and knowledge of the environment, as well as the real and potential business situation, to establish the visit/contact schedule according to the goal of achieving sales and revenue objectives set by management, increasing the level of satisfaction and at the same time building client loyalty.
3. You will manage and coordinate the preparation of Proposals and Offers for clients and their presentation within the agreed deadlines with the external and internal client, supervising the information gathered within them, as well as the technical-economic requirements, proposing the application of discounts that must be authorized by the different designated persons or bodies for such purpose.
4. You will transfer the necessary information to each area involved in the process (engineering, billing, etc.) until the process is completed (specifications, requirements, special conditions, etc.) or the proposal is validated (bid committee, Investments, etc.)
5. You will provide personalized attention to clients through periodic visits, centralizing and unifying communication between the client and Telefónica Empresas to manage the matters in process and channel the different topics towards the areas responsible for their attention and resolution. Likewise, you will be in charge of following up on these matters until their full resolution to the client's satisfaction. You will develop and propose action plans in collaboration with other areas to correct points of client dissatisfaction.
6. You will learn about the company's commercial strategy and policy updates and changes through periodic individual or group meetings with the designated supervisors or bodies for such purpose.
