What you'll do
Your mission will be to act as a technical reference for IAM platforms, resolving critical incidents, designing solutions, and supporting N2/N2.5 teams

Resolution of critical incidents
Advanced platform diagnosis
Optimization of IAM configurations
Design of technical solutions
Support for complex integrations
Validation of critical changes
Knowledge transfer
Continuous service improvement
Direct interaction with vendors, development squads, and architecture teams
Deep diagnosis, code review, platform tuning, and support for major changes
Participation in the design of new integrations or advanced functionalities
