Investment Fund Specialist - Banking Sector Cádiz

At TP Spain, we are looking for a group of qualified professionals to join as Investment Fund Specialists for the number one in online banking.

Join the leading group in digital banking and provide expert advice to clients seeking efficient and personalized solutions. 

Your main role will be to assist new clients by prior scheduled appointment, and you will need to contact your client portfolio periodically to make investment fund advisory proposals. These contacts will be made by video call or by phone through assigned appointments.

• The service operates from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., MONDAY to FRIDAY. Within this time frame you can choose your schedule, thus facilitating work-life balance and compatibility with other activities.

• Hybrid work model: First month on-site (including training + nesting) at the center that suits you best (Seville, Jerez-Cádiz, or La Carolina - Jaén). From the second month onwards, only 5 days per month in the office and three weeks per month working remotely.

Requirements

• MIFID II certification or similar (EIP, EFA, EFP, EAF, CEFA, etc.) in investment advisory issued by an entity accredited by the CNMV. If you do not have this certification or it is not currently valid, we can certify you ourselves.
• Essential experience in banking and investment fund advisory of at least 6 months.

Honorability requirement

To be able to provide services in this offer, in accordance with the honorability requirement set out in Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, of 4 February, it is mandatory to have no criminal record for having committed criminal offenses related to the exercise of financial activities, and not to have been sanctioned in the administrative sphere in matters of insurance, banking, securities markets, Public Treasury, Social Security, competition defense, capital movements, foreign economic transactions, money laundering and terrorist financing, and consumer and user protection for the commission of offenses classified as very serious or serious. If the candidate is selected, they must sign the corresponding declaration of honorability together with the employment contract.

Forma parte del grupo líder en banca digital y ofrece asesoramiento experto a clientes que buscan soluciones eficientes y personalizadas. 

Tu función principal será atender nuevos clientes previa cita asignada y tendrás que contactar periódicamente con tu cartera de clientes para realizar propuestas de asesoramiento en Fondos de Inversión. Dichos contactos se realizarán por videollamada o por teléfono a través de citas asignadas.

• Contrato Indefinido.
• Jornada de 38 horas semanales.
• El servicio está operativo de 9h a 21h de LUNES a VIERNES. En esta franja puedes elegir tu horario facilitando así la conciliación y compatibilidad con otras actividades.
• Formación previa, para conocer los procedimientos específicos de este importante Banco, con contrato laboral desde el primer día.
• Modelo de trabajo híbrido: Primer mes presencial (incluye formación+nesting) en nuestro centro que mejor venga (Sevilla, Jerez-Cádiz o La Carolina -Jaén). A partir del segundo mes tan sólo 5 días al mes en oficina y tres semanas al mes teletrabajo.
• Salario fijo según Convenio + Atractiva retribución variable con incentivos pudiendo llegar a una retribución bruta anual de más de 24,500€/año

Requisitos

• Certificación MIFID II o similar (EIP, EFA,EFP, EAF, CEFA etc) de Asesoramiento en materia de inversión expedida por Entidad homologada por la CNMV. En caso de no disponer de esta certificación o no tenerla en vigor podemos certificarte nosotros.
• Imprescindible Experiencia en banca y en asesoramiento en fondos de inversión mínima de 6 meses.

Requisito de honorabilidad

Para poder prestar servicios en esta oferta, conforme al requisito de honorabilidad recogido en el Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, de 4 de febrero, es obligatoria la ausencia de antecedentes penales por haber cometido infracciones penales relativas al ejercicio de actividades financieras, y no haber sido sancionado en el ámbito administrativo en materia aseguradora, bancaria, de mercado de valores, Hacienda Pública, Seguridad Social, defensa de la competencia, movimiento de capitales, transacciones económicas con el exterior, blanqueo de capitales y financiación del terrorismo y protección de consumidores y usuarios por la comisión de infracciones tipificadas como muy graves o graves. Si el candidato es seleccionado, deberá firmar la correspondiente declaración de honorabilidad junto con el contrato de trabajo.
