As Director of the Santander Private Banking Center, you will be responsible for managing the team of bankers, acquiring new clients, developing the current portfolio, and achieving a high level of service and client satisfaction.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Team management, to ensure their maximum level of commitment and productivity.
• Develop, drive, and inspire their team in their professional careers, accompanying each member of their team in their professional development
• Acquisition of new clients and wealth, for which the intention to integrate into the business life of the area is required, and to establish long-term relationships with clients and potential clients that ensure the sustainability and growth of the business in the short, medium, and long term.
• Ensure that your team delivers high levels of service and attention.
• Coordination with the area director to achieve maximum collaboration with the branch network.
