The role

We are looking to bring on an intern to provide support to the Telpark General Services department, participating in the management and coordination of different corporate services and contributing to the correct functioning of our offices and internal services.

What you'll do

  • Provide support in the daily management of corporate offices and the monitoring of incidents.
  • Collaborate in the coordination and monitoring of maintenance, cleaning, security, and other general service providers.
  • Provide support in the administrative management of orders, purchases, and invoices for the department.
  • Collaborate in the monitoring of the corporate fleet and associated services.
  • Provide support in the management of corporate mobile telephony: activations, cancellations, incidents, and billing monitoring.
  • Collaborate in the management of corporate travel and catering services for meetings and events.
  • Provide support in the management of the corporate parking and the resolution of related incidents.
  • Participate in the monitoring of contracts, budgets, and area expenses.
