The role

From Temporing, we are selecting a Site Administrator for incorporation into an important construction company located in Girona.

What you'll do

Control and document management of the site (delivery notes, invoices, work reports, permits, and contracts).
Support in work planning and monitoring of certifications.
Management of material orders and follow-up with suppliers.
Organization and filing of administrative and technical documentation.
Handling internal inquiries from site staff and close collaboration with the central administration department.

Requirements

Training in Administration, a Higher Degree in Vocational Training (FP), or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative functions in construction, the sector, or a related field.
Organized, meticulous person with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
Residence in Girona or its surroundings is valued, as well as availability for travel within the province.
