What we're looking for

Training in Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.
Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in computer use, email and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Management of delivery notes, invoices, receipts and documentation.
Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Communication skills and experience dealing with customers and suppliers.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to cover a leave of absence in a company within the construction sector.

Responsibilities

The main function of the position would be customer service, management of delivery notes, receipts, invoices and administrative documentation, attendance control, vacations and personnel management, as well as the entry and monitoring of purchase and warehouse delivery notes.

How you'll work

One week from 7:30 to 15:00
Another from 7:30-13:00 and 15:00-17:30

2nd-class tradesperson, construction collective agreement.

1-year contract, possibility of permanent placement within the company.

Immediate start.
