The role

🚆 There are projects that are built.

And others that leave their mark.

At COMSA Corporación we have spent more than 135 years being part of projects that transform reality: infrastructure, engineering and services that are present in people's daily lives.

We are more than 6,000 professionals united by the same way of doing things:

with quality, commitment and a forward-looking vision.

But what really defines us goes beyond that…

👉 how we work

👉 how we collaborate

👉 and who we do it with

Behind every project there are people who get involved, who bring their own judgement and who know that details make the difference.

That is our way of moving forward. If it matches yours, we would be delighted to meet you.

What you'll do

  • Daily administrative management of the construction site.
  • Control and management of the site cash fund.
  • Recording and tracking of work reports.
  • Support in the management of on-site personnel.
  • Control of expenses associated with fuel, consumables, tools, and other resources.
  • Management of orders, receipt, and registration of delivery notes.
  • Verification and tracking of invoices.
  • Support in administrative and financial closing of the construction site.
  • Filing, document control, and general support to the technical team.

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience as a Site Administrative Assistant, with experience in electrical distribution projects being a plus.
  • We value a high capacity for organization, administrative rigor, and a process-tracking orientation, as well as ease in liaising and coordinating with technical teams, on-site personnel, suppliers, and corporate departments.
