Production Supervisor - Injection

DOSS2 Talent is looking for a Production Manager - Injection Molding Specialist for one of its clients in the industrial sector located in Valencia

Direct and control the strategies of the production area of a production line , to ensure the company is efficient in manufacturing, in accordance with the policies and objectives set by management, as well as with customer requirements and applicable regulations, in order to ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of cost, deadline, and quality, anticipating all production scenarios and complying with health and safety standards. Likewise, they must manage material stockpiling while maintaining very high standards of order.

• Analyzes, examines, and carries out production studies in order to adjust them to current orders at all times, ensuring optimal deadlines and quality. Propose improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Supervise the entire assigned team at the plant (approx. 38 employees), organize work and shifts, and lead all processes.
• Proposes a Production plan and is in charge of its development.
• Carries out strategic initiatives for new product lines.
• Reports to management information regarding production progress.
• Optimize all production processes in search of reducing costs and minimizing waste in production.
• Manage and control the plant maintenance budgets. Ensure their correct execution.
• Ensures the implementation of all safety, hygiene, and environmental measures.
