Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and coordinate the operations of an agri-food industrial plant, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. The position will play a key role in team organization, continuous process improvement, and the optimization of production resources.

• Analyze production incidents and deviations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity and reducing waste.
• Monitor operational indicators, costs, and efficiency levels.
• Drive projects related to the digitalization of production processes.
• Promote team training and multi-skilling through operational improvement methodologies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring the achievement of the plant's objectives.
• Participate in performance evaluations and in the definition of personnel development plans.

• Vocational Training in the industrial field or similar.
• A university degree in Engineering is highly valued.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision or team management roles within industrial environments.
• Leadership, planning, and people management skills.
