Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in painting tasks in hospitality, residences, or similar facilities.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and a good disposition for internal customer service.
Residence in Los Cristianos or availability to commute.

Nice to have

Basic training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related vocational training will be positively valued.
Certificate of having completed occupational risk prevention courses (preferred).

The role

At Temporing, we are selecting a Maintenance Assistant with painting knowledge for an important company in the hospitality sector located in Los Cristianos.

What you'll do

Functions

Perform preventive maintenance tasks in hotel facilities (plumbing, basic electricity, carpentry, and painting), especially painting tasks.
Collaborate in the repair and assembly of furniture and decorative elements.
Support the preparation of rooms and common areas in the event of technical incidents.
Perform periodic inspections and detect anomalies to notify the maintenance manager.
Basic management and control of material and tool stock.
Maintenance of order and cleanliness in warehouses and work areas.
Registration and monitoring of incidents in the internal system and coordination with other departments when necessary.
Comply with safety regulations and internal hotel procedures.
