The role

At Adecco SS. de los Reyes, we are looking for a professional Administrative/Commercial Assistant for one of our clients dedicated to the manufacturing of armored security doors, located in S.S. de los Reyes

Commercial Administrative Assistant

The objective is to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the correct management of information, the monitoring of commercial activity, and data quality

What you'll do

1. Support to the sales team.

Provide continuous administrative support to the sales representatives in their daily activity.

Coordinate with the team to ensure the correct development of commercial actions.

2. Information management

Rigorously register and update commercial activity,

Manage and channel calls, requests, and customer inquiries.

Guarantee the quality, traceability, and updating of the commercial database.

3. Administrative management, through SAGE

Process and reference orders from our customers.

Manage merchandise deliveries

Handling of incidents

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday from 8:15 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30

Friday from 8:15 to 15:00

In July and August it would be from 8:15 to 15:00.
