From Temporing, we are selecting an SMD area Technical Manager for direct hire by an electronics sector company located in Polinyà.
Supervise and technically coordinate the operation of the SMD production lines.
Configuration, parameterization, and setup of screen printing, pick & place, SPI, AOI, and reflow oven equipment.
Line preparation, format changes, and parameter adjustment according to product and references.
Supervise the complete electronic component assembly process, ensuring compliance with quality and production standards.
Detect, analyze, and resolve technical incidents on the SMD lines, performing cause diagnosis and applying the necessary corrective measures.
Control the results of the AOI/SPI inspection systems, analyzing defects and proposing process improvements.
Interpret blueprints, electronic schematics, technical documentation, and manufacturing specifications.
Monitor production parameters, cycle times, downtime, rejects, and waste, proposing improvement actions.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Quality, and THT departments for incident resolution and process optimization.
Participate in the industrialization and commissioning of new products and references.
Supervise and update programs, parameters, and technical documentation associated with the production lines.
Provide technical support to the production team and participate in staff training on SMD processes and equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement, process optimization, and production efficiency projects.
Guarantee compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and OHS regulations.
