Laboratory Technician in the quality control of daily production. The laboratory is located within the factory, so there is also coordination with the production lines and sample collection, providing service to the production process.
Verify that all food safety regulations (HACCP) are met throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Controls of raw materials, films, semi-finished product, and finished product.
Microbiological analyses, ensuring their traceability.
Line controls, ensuring the proper functioning of the CCPs.
