Accounting Clerk in Sestao

• Six-month temporary contract with the possibility of joining the company permanently.
• Schedule from Monday to Thursday morning and afternoon, and Friday morning.

Important company located in Sestao needs to hire an accounting clerk. The selected person will perform the following functions:

• Complete documentation for customer orders and/or customers and/or suppliers (Delivery notes received, order lists, invoices).
• Register the entry and exit of material and, when necessary (Scale), perform the weighing of received/dispatched material and the preparation of transport documentation and its entry and checking within the ERP.
• Complete and verify payment and/or deposit documents and maintain direct communication with customers and suppliers.
• Perform payments and deposits through the cash desk, manage maturities, and carry out cash reconciliation.
• Perform accounting entries and register them in the ERP.
• Obtain profit or loss through the Profit and Loss Statement and its reporting.
• Calculate the taxes applicable to the activity.
• Support and management in the calculation of monthly stock.
• Support for Audit professionals.
