Family-run company (around 50 employees) dedicated to sales and distribution. Located in Pinto. Seeking an Administrator specialized in purchasing.
You will be part of a team composed of 4 people dedicated to the purchase and supply of goods, as well as providing internal customer service for the company.
What you'll do
• Management of purchase orders to suppliers (both national and international) ensuring optimal supply.
• Logistic monitoring and control of goods receipt dates.
• Maintenance and updating of records in the computer support system: database, items, dates, conditions, sales price rates, etc.
• Control of supplier and carrier invoices.
• Incident management.
• Requesting quotes and negotiating with suppliers.
• Internal customer service.
How you'll work
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:30. July and August from 8:00 to 15:30
Teleworking: 2 days a week after the first 6 months at the company
Contract: permanent
salary according to experience (23,000-25,000)
Work center (Pamplona or Zaragoza)
Start date: As soon as possible
Requirements
- • Academic training: Higher vocational training cycle or university education.
- • Advanced use of Office.
- • Advanced level of English.
- • At least two years of experience in a position with similar functions.
