We are looking for a SALES ADMINISTRATOR for a company dedicated to the manufacturing of food supplements and nutritional products for health and wellness sector brands, located in Barberà del Vallès.
What you'll do
- Attend to customers (by telephone and email) and provide support for their inquiries.
- Prepare and send quotes, offers, and commercial documentation.
- Follow up on orders and delivery deadlines.
- Manage incidents and coordinate solutions with internal departments.
- Reach new horizons: Prospect, acquire new strategic customers, and manage people's needs.
- Represent the company or organization at sales and marketing conventions, sample fairs, and other forums.
- Enter orders into the system and update commercial information.
- Prepare necessary documentation for production, quality, or logistics.
- Support in the preparation of commercial reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
-Own vehicle
- Advanced level English
- Experience in the food supplement sector is highly valued
- Occasional work at the Hospitalet plant
