We are looking for an important international Consulting firm in the energy sector, (1) Agent to perform Sales duties in a physical office, located in Seville Capital, on a part-time basis of 30h.
Functions:
What you'll do
- In-person customer service in a commercial office (high footfall).
- Resolution of doubts, claims, and management of procedures (billing, social bonuses, incidents…).
- Consultative and cross-selling of energy products, telephony services, and climate control solutions.
- Customer prospecting.
How you'll work
- Part-time employment of 30h/week, Mon to Fri from (8 to 14 hours / 9 to 15 hours)
