The role
At Temps, we are selecting a Cook to join our team in Hoyo del Espino, Ávila. We are looking for a professional with experience and a passion for gastronomy, especially in the field of collective catering, to join a stable project with growth potential.
What you'll do
- Preparation and production of daily and special menus, following company guidelines and food safety regulations.
- Organization and management of the kitchen station in their charge, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
- Stock control, order management, and reception of raw materials, maintaining an updated inventory and optimizing resources.
- Supervision and compliance with hygiene and cleaning standards in the kitchen and work areas.
- Collaboration with the team to guarantee a positive and productive work environment.
- Adaptation to different types of services and diner demands.
How you'll work
- Contract type: Permanent.
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Afternoon (17:00h - 22:00h).
- Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays): Split shift (09:00h - 15:00h and 17:00h - 22:00h).

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably in the collective catering sector.
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and the preparation of varied dishes.
- Experience in collective catering management.
- Valid food handler certificate.
- Organizational skills, proactivity, and teamwork.
- Residence in Hoyos del Espino or surrounding areas, or willingness to commute.
- Schedule flexibility to cover morning and afternoon shifts.
