• Previous experience in industrial production, ideally in the food, dietary, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors.
• Knowledge of production processes, manufacturing lines, packaging, and format changes.
• Own vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector.
• Operational leadership and decision-making ability during the shift.
• Organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Clear and effective communication with production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to respond to incidents.
• Rigor in documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding production environment.

• Contract: Temps + possible permanent incorporation by the company.
• Schedule: Rotating from 6am to 2pm and from 2pm to 10pm.
• Salary: 14.11€/h gross.

We are requesting a profile as a COORDINATOR for a company specialized in the research, development, and manufacturing of dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products.

• Experience in industrial production environments, preferably in the food, dietary, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of production processes, manufacturing lines, packaging, format changes, and shift organization.
• Ability to ensure compliance with production planning in terms of time, quality, safety, and food safety.
• Knowledge of HACCP, CCPs, PRPs, good manufacturing practices, and food hygiene.
• Ability to complete, review, and ensure proper traceability of production records.
• Basic/intermediate mechanical knowledge applied to production lines.
• Ability to identify and assess line stoppages, simple mechanical incidents, malfunctions, format changes, or maintenance needs.
• Technical judgment to coordinate with maintenance the resolution of breakdowns, prioritize incidents, and minimize downtime.
• Ability to evaluate machine relocations, operational line adjustments, and production flow improvements, without taking on repair duties.
• Practical knowledge of the operation of production machinery, tooling, formats, auxiliary equipment, and facilities in the production area.
• Experience coordinating production teams, including both in-house staff and temporary agency workers.
• Ability to organize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve incidents during the shift.
• Skill in training, supporting, and supervising the team in procedures, safety, quality, and food safety.
• Ability to ensure a proper handover of information between shifts.
• Commitment to occupational risk prevention and the ability to enforce safety regulations.
• Focus on quality, order, cleanliness, productivity, and compliance with standards.
• Ability to detect deviations, propose improvements, and participate in implementing changes in processes or facilities.
• Preventive mindset regarding food safety risks.
