From Adecco, we collaborate with a leading company in the food sector in Catalonia to recruit Shift / Section Managers for the checkout, replenishment, or fresh produce areas in different stores in Barcelona City.

We are looking for people with experience leading teams, the ability to manage the day-to-day running of a store, and the potential to keep growing within a demanding and dynamic environment. What will your challenge be?

You will be able to join one of these areas:

  • Checkout Section Manager
  • Replenishment Shift Manager
  • Fresh Produce Section Manager

Your mission will be to lead the day-to-day operations of your shift or section, coordinate the team, and contribute to the store's results through close, demanding, and goal-oriented management.

What will your duties be?

  • Lead, develop, and grow the team in your section or shift.
  • Organize tasks, resources, and priorities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Create action plans to achieve set goals and respond to daily challenges.
  • Monitor KPIs and results for your area.
  • Have an impact on commercial management: implementation, sales, promotions, loss prevention, and customer experience.
