From Adecco, we collaborate with a leading company in the food sector in Catalonia to recruit Shift / Section Managers for the checkout, replenishment, or fresh produce areas in different stores in Barcelona City.

We are looking for people with experience leading teams, the ability to manage the day-to-day running of a store, and the potential to keep growing within a demanding and dynamic environment. Your mission will be to lead the operations of your shift or section, coordinate the team, and contribute to the store's results through close, demanding, and goal-oriented management.

What will your duties be?

- Lead, coordinate, and grow the team in your section or shift.

- Organize tasks, resources, and priorities to ensure efficient operations.

- Monitor established processes, standards, and regulations.

- Create action plans to achieve set objectives and respond to day-to-day challenges.

- Monitor indicators and results for your area.

- Have an impact on commercial management: implementation, sales, promotions, loss control, and customer experience.

- Support the team in their development and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.

- Act as the point of reference for day-to-day operational needs.

Location and mobility

- We have vacancies open in different establishments in the Barcelona City area.

- Priority will be given to centers close to the new employee's home.

- Must have the flexibility to travel within an approximate radius of 30-35 km.
