We are looking to hire two Lifting Equipment Electromechanics to perform maintenance tasks at the Renfe Workshops in Madrid.

Main functions

As part of the Lifting Equipment technical team, you will be responsible for:

What you'll do

Performing preventive maintenance on equipment and lifting means.
Executing corrective maintenance tasks and fault repairs.
Attending to urgent repairs when necessary.
Providing support for inspections and actions by Authorized Inspection Bodies (OCA).
Collaborating with external technical assistance services (SAT) on specialized repairs.
Participating in the department's on-call system, once the training period and knowledge of the facilities have been completed.

Minimum requirements (essential)

Education: Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, or similar.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as an electromechanic, with demonstrable experience.
Competencies: Problem-solving ability, teamwork, adaptability, and good time management.
Availability: Performing on-call duties once training is completed and knowledge of the workshops has been acquired.
Mobility: Availability to provide occasional support in other workshops in Spain when experience permits.
Permits: Valid driver's license.

Valuable requirements

Electrical Risk Course.
Working at Heights and/or Aerial Platform Course.
60-hour OSH (Preventive Resource).
Forklift Course.
High and Low Voltage Installer/Maintainer License.
