Traffic and Logistics Technician

TEMPS is a Human Resources consultancy with more than 30 years of experience in the market, specializing in offering temporary staffing, direct selection, and training services.

We need to hire a TRAFFIC AND LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN for an important company in the industrial sector located in Caldes de Montbui.

• Coordinate and plan national and international transport (land, sea, and air).
• Manage the collection, dispatch, and delivery of goods, optimizing costs and transit times.
• Track shipments and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Manage documentation associated with transport: delivery notes, invoices, certificates, loading orders, and customs documentation.
• Coordinate activity with carriers, customers, and logistics providers.
• Review and validate invoices from transport providers.
• Manage incidents during the logistics process and keep the customer informed regarding their resolution.
• Organize the availability of loading and unloading docks.
• Coordinate special transports, negotiating prices and conditions with providers.
• Keep logistics tracking records and systems updated.

• Direct hiring by the company.
• Replacement contract to cover a temporary leave with a real possibility of continuity and permanent incorporation once the replacement ends.
• Salary of €21,000 gross per year.
• Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:15 h to 18:00 h. Fridays of 7 hours, with flexible hours.
• Training and support provided during onboarding.

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, Administration, or similar.
• Previous experience in traffic, logistics, or transport management positions.
• Minimum B2 English level for the management of international operations.
• Fluent Spanish and Catalan.
• Good command of IT tools and ERP environments.
• Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicative skills and customer orientation.
