We are looking for a personnel supervisor for a citrus company

Personnel planning and distribution

Prepare personnel call-outs by work shift.
Supply personnel to all areas of the warehouse according to the distribution of the provided layout.
Provide and coordinate personnel feedback when required (e.g., probationary period assessment, etc.)
Mediate and resolve conflicts among personnel.

Supervision of non-productive processes and services

Control cleaning processes, product disposal, and the correct functioning of dining rooms and changing rooms.
Supervise the tasks of the external cleaning company and manage orders for cleaning products.
Manage the supply of personnel clothing.

Training and coordination

Manage the personnel under their charge, assigning tasks, supervising performance, and providing training and guidance to the team in a respectful manner. Recognize achievements, motivate commitment, and take corrective measures in the event of incidents, reporting to Human Resources when necessary.
Comply with and guarantee compliance with personnel regulations, occupational risk prevention, food safety, and hygiene in their area: participate in personnel awareness and take immediate corrective actions in the event of any non-compliance, reporting the corresponding incidents to Human Resources.
Participate actively in accident investigations and in ensuring safe working conditions.
Participate actively in Continuous Improvement projects related to their work area.

Requirements

Full availability to work weekends and holidays
Previous experience as a supervisor in food companies
