The role
TEMPS is a Human Resources consultancy with more than 30 years of experience in the market, specializing in offering temporary staffing services, direct recruitment, and training.
We need to hire a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for an important company in the transport sector located in Barberà del Vallès.
What you'll do
-Manage the operations of the company's most important client
Customer service
-Collaboration in the management and resolution of incidents
-Shipment tracking
-Control and monitoring of the collaboration with the client
-Invoicing
-Presentation of service balance reports
-Commercial negotiation (Closing agreements, reviewing conditions...)
How you'll work
Leading company in the sector
Permanent contract directly with the company (professional stability)
Working day: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
Competitive salary: 30,000 gross euros per year
Requirements
Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position.
Experience in key account management
Customer service and attention to detail
Immediate start
