We are looking for a CAPSULE SPECIALIST OPERATOR for a company specialized in the research, development (R&D), technology transfer, and custom manufacturing of food supplements, nutraceutical, and healthcare products, located in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda.

-Operate encapsulation machines (hard or soft, depending on the line).

-Adjust production parameters: speed, dosage, humidity, pressure.

-Perform format changes and prepare the machine for new batches.

-Verify the correct filling of capsules (weight, homogeneity, integrity).

-Feed the production line.

-Load raw materials into hoppers or tanks.

-Control product flow to avoid jams or deviations.

-Ensure that capsules meet standards before passing to packaging.

-Perform periodic controls of weight, hardness, humidity, and appearance.

-Record data in production sheets or digital systems.

-Detect deviations and communicate incidents to the shift supervisor.
