Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year as a professional painter.
Knowledge and skill in AIRLESS PAINTING techniques.
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications.
Good physical condition to perform work involving standing for long periods, lifting weight, and working at heights.
Attention to detail and commitment to work quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work at different locations as required by projects.
Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishes.
Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice to have

Certifications in painting techniques or occupational safety.
Experience in restoration work or special finishes.
Basic knowledge of other construction-related trades.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Temporary contract of 3 months + 3 months + possibility

What you'll do

Prepare surfaces for paint application, including cleaning, sanding, and filling.
Apply paint uniformly and precisely using various techniques and tools.
Handle and maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns and scaffolding.
Perform painting work indoors and outdoors, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Strictly follow occupational health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Identify and solve problems related to paint application.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and tools.
Assist in the selection of colors and painting materials according to project needs.
