The role

We are looking to hire a Project Manager to lead the transition from the award phase to the implementation and commissioning of a new logistics project within the Defense sector environment, on a temporary basis.

Your mission will be to coordinate all involved functional areas and ensure that the operating model, systems, people, procedures, and control mechanisms are prepared to launch and stabilize the service in accordance with contractual commitments and client needs.

What you'll do

. Maintain global management of the implementation

. Cross-functional coordination

. Design of the operating model and processes

. Systems and digital transformation

. International Trade, customs, and compliance

. Relationship with the client and stakeholders

. Organization, selection, and training

How you'll work

  • Temporary contract, through the consultancy (for the duration of the project implementation)
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule: 8:00 - 17:00
  • Salary: based on merit and job category
  • Work location: Chamartín (will visit clients)
  • National and international travel

Requirements

. Degree in Industrial Engineering / Economics or similar.

. Experience as a Project Manager.

. Experience in the logistics, transport, and defense sectors is highly valued.

. Advanced English C1

. Knowledge of IT systems, especially .NET

. Availability to start and to travel.
