Padel Boutique Manager (Las Rozas)

We are looking for a manager for an important boutique specializing in padel equipment.

Duties:

· Promote the sale of rackets, technical apparel, footwear, and accessories.

· Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): daily sales, average ticket, product turnover.

Cash and Payment Management

· Operate the cash register and the POS system.

· Correctly process cash and card payments.

· Ensure the accuracy of daily cash reconciliations.

Stock Management

· Oversee daily inventory.

· Ensure proper product replenishment.

· Track incoming and outgoing merchandise.

· Provide technical advice on rackets (weight, balance, shape, playing level).

· Oversee opening and closing of the point of sale.

· Coordinate the setup and dismantling of the retail space.

· Organize schedules according to customer traffic.

Experience

· Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in sports.

· Demonstrable experience in cash handling and inventory control.

· Experience in sporting events or pop-up stores will be valued.

Availability to work weekends and extended hours.

· Proficient use of digital tools (POS, Excel, CRM).

Funciones:

· Promover la venta de palas, textil técnico, calzado y accesorios.

· Analizar indicadores clave (KPI): ventas diarias, ticket promedio, rotación de producto.

Gestión de Caja y Cobros

· Manejar la caja registradora y el sistema TPV.

· Realizar correctamente los cobros en efectivo y con tarjeta.

· Garantizar la exactitud de los cierres de caja diarios.

Gestión de Stock

· Supervisar el inventario diario.

· Asegurar la correcta reposición de productos.

· Realizar el seguimiento de entradas y salidas de mercancía.

· Ofrecer asesoramiento técnico sobre palas (peso, balance, forma, nivel de juego).

· Supervisar apertura y cierre del punto de venta.

· Coordinar montaje y desmontaje del espacio comercial..

· Organizar horarios según afluencia de público.

Se ofrece

- Jornada completa 40h semanales: disponibilidad para trabajar viernes, sábados y domingos
