About the role

We are looking for a manager for an important boutique specializing in padel equipment.

What you'll do

Duties:

· Promote the sale of rackets, technical apparel, footwear, and accessories.

· Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): daily sales, average ticket, product turnover.

Cash and Payment Management

· Operate the cash register and the POS system.

· Correctly process cash and card payments.

· Ensure the accuracy of daily cash reconciliations.

Stock Management

· Oversee daily inventory.

· Ensure proper product replenishment.

· Track incoming and outgoing merchandise.

· Provide technical advice on rackets (weight, balance, shape, playing level).

· Oversee opening and closing of the point of sale.

· Coordinate the setup and dismantling of the retail space.

· Organize schedules according to customer traffic.
