Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base Salary 25,000/ Gross Year
- Full-time, working Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 9 PM
- Initial 6-month contract via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency)

The role
For a new implementation project of a Ticket Sales APP, we are looking for profiles with vocational training (FP) who can support and facilitate the use of the application for ticket office staff; this will be on-site at Barcelona Sants stations.
-Provide support and help to the Renfe Ticket Office teams physically at the Barcelona Sants station, regarding the new NSV ticket sales platform, as well as commercial offers
-Training capabilities
-Coordination with the NSV Control Center Team
