Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 3 and 6 years of experience as a PMO or in similar roles, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
Executive storytelling capability: transforming complex technical or business information into clear, concise, and decision-oriented messages.
Advanced mastery of PowerPoint (or other tools) to design executive presentations with information hierarchy, data visualization, and visual coherence.
Business vision: knowledge of strategy, financial concepts, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Analytical and synthesis capability to review large volumes of information and extract key messages.
Experience in stakeholder management, working with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
C1 Spanish and English with fluency, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Valuable: experience supporting C-level or Boards of Directors, experience in large multinational technology or telecommunications companies, and knowledge of corporate brand guidelines.

The role

What you'll do

Prepare and maintain executive reports and presentations for senior management.
Consolidate and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and management indicators.
Transform information into clear, concise, and decision-oriented executive messages.
Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and executive materials.
Coordinate and consolidate information from the various areas involved.
Identify and present key topics, deviations, risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up actions.
Apply standards for structure, format, data visualization, and communication according to corporate guidelines.
Prepare and update documentation for governance forums, Steering Committees, and executive stakeholders.
