Quality Control

The mission of the HW Quality Control is to carry out the inspection, analysis and qualification tasks of Thales Alenia Space products in Spain as required by their manager, ensuring compliance with the established quality requirements.

Carry out quality inspection of both products manufactured by TASE and products and components purchased or subcontracted.

Verify and approve the applicable configuration for the manufacturing of each product and produce the corresponding delivered product report.

Control the quality of subcontractor and supplier products.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards for company products and procedures. Correct possible errors and prevent their recurrence.

Collaborate in updating quality standards and optimizing manufacturing processes.

The position may require occasional travel to customer or subcontractor facilities.

Spanish mandatory, knowledge of English and/or French will be valued

Minimum professional experience between 1 and 3 years.

English (customer interface). French will be valued.

Previous position recommended: experience in Manufacturing or Design departments.

Knowledge of hardware inspection and technical aspects of electronic products will be valued.

Knowledge of European Space Agency quality standards for SW and HW projects will be valued, as well as applicable documents of the Quality Management System for Quality Assurance activities.

Ability to learn electronic tools as a user (MRP...)

La misión del HW Quality Control es realizar las tareas de inspección, análisis y homologación de los productos de Thales Alenia Space en España requeridos por su Responsable, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad establecidos.

Realizar la inspección de calidad tanto de los productos fabricados por TASE como de los productos y componentes adquiridos o subcontratados.

Verificar y aprobar la configuración aplicable a la fabricación de cada producto y realizar el correspondiente informe del producto entregado.

Controlar la calidad de los productos de subcontratistas y proveedores.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas aplicables en materia de calidad de los productos y procedimientos de la Empresa. Corregir posibles errores y evitar su repetición.

Colaborar en la actualización de las normas en materia de calidad y en la optimización de los procesos de fabricación.

El puesto puede requerir desplazamientos ocasionales a las instalaciones de Clientes o subcontratistas.

Español obligatorio, conocimientos en inglés y/o en francés será valorado

Experiencia profesional mínima entre 1 y 3 años.

Inglés (interfaz con el cliente). Se valorará francés/italiano.

Puesto anterior recomendado: experiencia en departamentos de Fabricación o Diseño.

Se valorarán conocimientos en inspección de hardware y aspectos técnicos de productos electrónicos.

Se valorará el conocimiento de las normas de calidad de la Agencia Espacial Europea para proyectos SW y HW, así como los documentos aplicables del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para las actividades de Garantía de Calidad.
