The role

From The Vet Office, an agency specialized in veterinary recruitment, we are looking for a Veterinarian Area Manager with bilingual or very high-level French to join an international group in full expansion, based in Barcelona.

This is a strategic and high-impact position, focused on business development between France and Spain. Ideal for veterinarians with a dynamic profile, commercial skills, and ambition to grow within an international environment.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for driving growth in the French market, developing solid business relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Commercial development in France, identifying and acquiring new clients.
Management and retention of key accounts.
Negotiation of commercial agreements and contracts.
Results tracking and performance analysis.
Coordination with internal teams (sales, production, etc.).
Issue resolution and continuous improvement of client relationships.
Preparation of reports and KPI tracking.

You will travel to France 1–2 times per month (expenses covered), with an approximate availability of 20–30% of your time.

Requirements

Degree or Bachelor's in Veterinary Medicine (essential).
French at a bilingual or very high level (essential).
Intermediate level of English.
Commercial profile, with negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
Organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Driving license (own vehicle valued).
Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas, or willingness to relocate.
