Requirements

What we're looking for

5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development.
Solid experience in TypeScript and Node.js.
Professional experience with Angular or React.
Knowledge of microfrontends and Module Federation.
Experience with Express or Koa.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JWT authentication.
Testing experience with Playwright and Jest or Vitest.
Knowledge of Git and GitLab CI/CD.
English B2/C1 minimum.
Availability to work on-site in Barcelona once a week.

Nice to have

Experience in both Angular and React.
Knowledge of AWS Lambda, KMS and Terraform.
Experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development best practices.
Previous experience in the insurance sector.

Education & certifications

Higher Degree or equivalent.

The role

At Krell Consulting we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with experience in Node.js, TypeScript and Angular and/or React to join a technological project in the insurance sector.

The selected person will participate in the development of modern applications, microfrontend architectures, backend services and cloud solutions, working with current software development methodologies and tools.

What you'll do

Fullstack application development with TypeScript, Node.js and Angular and/or React.
Design and implementation of microfrontend architectures and Module Federation.
Backend service development with Express or Koa.
Design and integration of REST APIs and authentication via JWT.
Automated test development with Playwright, Jest or Vitest.
Code and CI/CD pipeline management with Git and GitLab.
Participation in developments on AWS, using Lambda, KMS and Terraform.
Use of AI-assisted development tools, especially Claude Code.
